LDAP error

Savo
Hi,

Hello
I dont know if someone could help me. I`ve installed wikid server community(http://sourceforge.net/projects/wikid-twofactor/files/WiKID_Server/3.5/wikid-server-community-3.5.0.b1333-1.noarch.rpm/download), last version 3.5
I wanted to test LDAP possiblities
I configured everything "by the book"
But for some reason LDAP is not starting and i am getting the following error message in server.out:

Re: LDAP error

Savo
It seems that port 389 could not be opened as wikid user. Port 389 is reserved only to root user...

Do you have workaround?

Sorry for the delay, it is a holiday here.

Probably the easiest would be to have our listener on a higher port, such as 10389. You could also fiddle with the user's sudo rights I suspect.
